AXBRIDGE REVIEW NEWS: The Children’s Heritage Trail is ready to follow – pick up the easy to complete leaflet from the museum and getting spotting!

The Axbridge Children’s Trail is up and running – it features 25 places of interest to follow beginning at the Town Square and ending at the playground on the Furlong Field. Pick up the leaflet at the Museum and see if you can follow the trail and getting spotting.

  • The website www.axbridgeheritagetrails.com  explains how the heritage trail will work when it goes live later this year. A Heritage Trail for all, encouraging local people and visitors to walk around out historic town and finding out through QR codes in windows and blue plaques on buildings the history of the houses and residents is the aim of the project.
  • The Heritage Trails is a charity and is set up by residents in the town and seeks funding from various sources including the town and district councils and the Axbridge Chamber of Commerce amongst others.
