Then (1973) and now – Cross Street in Burnham-on-Sea – when the seaside town had a hotel on the High Street and Ted Heath was PM and Slade were number one with Come Feel The Noise. Lots more paint on the roads these days – but smoking 10 Number Six has gone out of fashion!
